Lilly has a special talent for Color. If you are looking for a colorist, she's your girl. I am very happy with her services.
Was once again disappointed in the lack of service at this salon. Called on Monday and set an appt for yesterday. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment time, checked in and had a seat. Receptionist did not share my stylist was sick, waited 15 minutes no one even acknowledged I was there. Asked at the desk - she launches into the story that my stylist was out. Basically that she forgot me. I won't be back ever again. Same thing happened to me 2 yrs ago when I tried them for an appt. Shame as it's a convenient location - front desk staff need better job training
Well....I have hard to cut hair. It has to be so precise as it is fine and thin (lost so much as I aged) and getting a hair cut makes me tense and nervous as it seems hard for Hair Stylists to understand how I am asking them to cut my hair. I went to Rachel and I never felt so listened too! She totally listened to what I had to say without her own agenda; asked me questions and understood what I was asking for. She is very talented! A true Pro! I highly recommend trying Rachel out if you haven't already! You will enjoy your time with her as she has a fabulous personality!!
I had a great first experience with Svetlana 6 months ago (she's a great colorist!) but I just went back on Saturday morning and WALKED OUT after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time for Dominic and not having anyone even address me or apologize for the wait. I was incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service and how late the appointment was running. Not sure how it's gone downhill so fast but do not go here for a cut.
I've been coming here a little over two years now and safe to say, I've found my salon. Jessica does an amazing haircut and I've seen a few different people for color and have been very happy with them all! Jess can get busy so I have to be flexible with my color girls and darling Adam. The receptionists have been very sweet and accommodating to me as well! Overall, so happy I've found this place! Defi recommend!
