I use to love this place because they knew everyone's name but after today's experience I will NEVER BE BACK. My toes is a different color yellow than my nails, then my design is horrible, my nails are thick and they are not filed completely, I was pricked twice. I was going to return to try and get my nail color changed but it's not worth my time. I asked if they could do it and they said yes. I should have known better but I consider this a lesson learned and money gone down the drained. Now I have to go to another nail salon and see if they can fix it.
I'm not a super picky person when it comes to getting my nails done, but even I won't return to this place. I came here because it was recommended to me by someone in the area, as I am looking for a new nail salon because I just moved here. I stopped in to get a gel manicure, and it felt like the AC was broken, so it was hot and humid in the salon.
I guess my first sign of danger should have been there wasn't a single other person getting serviced when I walked in (or by the time I left).
The nail tech didn't really spend any time shaping or filing my nails, and didn't do cuticles. She also didn't use the base coat that other techs have used on me in the past before applying the color coat. After 2 quick colors my nails were finished. They didn't look bad but they started chipping after 1 week. I'm pretty good about not banging up my nails and can typically go 3 weeks with a gel manicure from almost anywhere without a problem.
The nail tech was nice but that's not enough for me to come back to give this place another chance.
This is my favorite place to go to get my nails done! The pricing is amazing and the people I love! They make my nails look amazing and I can't wait to go today to get my nails done for prom I recommend for everyone!
Worst manicure ever and charged me $30. for it. Did not soak my nails. Did not remove torn cuticles. Just lightly sanded my nails slapped polish on them and rubbed a bit of lotion on my hands. I thought I was paying for a polish change but no she charged me for a full manicure. Stay away!!
This place is awesome! Great prices, great quality and met importantly, great people! I always get compliments on my nails when I leave this place!
