Spoil Me Nails in Mobile, AL

got there at 5:30pm asked the ladies if i was okay that me and my friend came in and they said they had time to assist us. because we knew that they would be closing at 6. they started on my friend after 35-30  min. my service on the other hand wasn't the best. this girl who told us she was a junior in high school puts my nail tips on and i sit there in long nail tips for about 35min. finally as my friend is almost done with hers they start on me around 7:20pm. right off the bat they make me feel uncomfortable and made me and my friend feel bad for being there so late. and me having anxiety. when i get anxious my hands start to sweat. in front of people at the salon she starts making jokes about how sweaty my hands are. making me feel even more uncomfortable causing my anxiety to get worse. my friend finished hers nails and they charge $5 extra dollars for shaping, and forced me and my friend to get gel because it would take less time out of there night so they could go home earlier causing me to spend more money. they kept complaining on how late they had to stay there. making me feel bad for being there. overall will not be going back to this place
ps. due to her being in such a rush she shaved down a lot of my skin on multiple areas of my fingers

This was my second time at this salon. I was a walk-in. I knew I would have to wait a few minutes and I did. Once I was in the chair Annie took great care of me. She didn't rush and took her time. I noticed there weren't prices on the wall so I didn't really know how much I would be spending when I left. There was an issue with a woman that got the VIP package which included the pedicure and a hand massage/hand mask for $75. Throughout the process she added a manicure gel polish to her nails and toes which costs~$30 each. Plus added on some other extras. She got to the checkout and owed $170.. she claimed she didn't have money to pay and tried argued with the owner for a good 10 minutes about what was included in the package bc she thought the polish and everything was included. I told Annie, the lady working on my nails to just make her pay for the VIP and I'll pay the difference and tip. She was causing a scene and ruining my happy vibe. Annie wouldn't let me pay. Customers started yelling at the mad lady. She eventually said "you can run my card but it'll decline." The owner ran it and it went through.
I got my cuticles cut, SNS tips and a pedicure with gel polish thinking it would be close to $100.. the total came to $140. I'm not sure how they do their pricing but it's a little sketch. Annie was great and I'd love to see her again but pricing is very high and by word of mouth there seems to always be drama going on in there.
I don't recommend if you're looking for a relaxing salon.

I walked in as a new customer. No one showed me where the color for SNS was located so I sat at a table and the tech was like what color. I told her I had no idea and asked where her colors were located. The colors were all numbered and I went back to my chair with the number in hand. I told her the number when a guy working there chimed in saying were not computers we need to see the color and didn't stop there. I got up to grab the card with the color and he was still making rude comments.  I will never go there!

Best salon in town! The ladies & guys here are the best! Lena is one amazing woman & it shows in her employees! I have tried places in the past just for a quick fix & no one is a good as Spoil Me!

Got my nails done and did not have to wait at all and the staff was nice and polite a I had been there before and had to find somebody else to do my nails and went back to them today
