Tiki Spa & Nails in Ocala, FL

I am visiting the area and needed to have a pedicure, bad! I called and was told to come right in. Once I arrived, I was immediately seated for the pedicure by a very sweet lady. She was extremely thorough, consistently going over everything. Honestly, I can say, I had the best pedicure I've ever had here!! It was nice to sit back and relax, along with the calming music playing.

They fit us in on short notice and it was amazing. I'm visiting Ocala and I'm disappointed I can't be a regular. It's fairly priced and great quality. Highly recommend!

I used to come here all the time many years ago and stopped going because they had started to rush and make my nails look sloppy. After seeing that this salon was operating under new management, I decided to give it another try. Needless to say this will be my new go to salon. Vincent did a great job on my nails!

There are Nail Salons in every plaza in Ocala. Unfortunately I have tried most of them and left disappointed. My luck changed with great surprise after I found Tiki's. Vince (new management) the owner is hands on and pleasant. You are valued as a patron and greeted accordingly. No over bookings where you are left sitting or waiting. Mai (My) has been my technician and she is amazing. She listens, speaks English, and gives a beautiful mani-pedi. I don't get gel, I have my natural nails. I don't know if that will make a difference with the service quality. The salon is clean and well maintained, as well as competitively priced. Give it a try and see for yourself. I am genuinely surprised of negative reviews. I'm thinking it may have been under old management or an off day.

Past three times I've been here I keep saying I won't come back but I keep getting invited with friends so I keep giving chances and it's still not great last time I was here I got a full set when in the middle of my set another guest got very upset and claimed she was being charged more than what she was originally told and what was on the board and stormed out after getting into a yelling match with the older man doing my nails. He proceeded on my nails clearly pissed off and not caring anymore. I asked for purple french tips and even brought multiple reference pictures but I saw him doing the first nail white tip. I told him no I wanted purple and he roughly wiped off the white going off on me under his breath. When he gets up to get the other color I notice little black brush hairs in the clear acrylic. I pointed it out and he said it'll be fine. I felt super uncomfortable and the nails turned out so bad I immediately went home and soaked them off. That was 2022. The other day (2023) I went again after being invited by my mother in law to get a basic pedicure. I should've known it was a mistake. The pedicure was very rough when removing gel polish. and the new color I got was so sheer and patchy after only one coat. I was rushed out since their was a lot of guests waiting to be helped and noticed how bad the polish job was in the car. Seriously never again. Go to avalon or literally anywhere else. So pissed off
