save your money and find a shop that cares about how your whole experience it. just had a manicure, "manicurist" should really be working in the meat department at Publix. the man (I won't mention his name), is so rude and so rough.
I walked right in, all employees said hello and directed me to pick nail polish. As I turned around, I was directed directly to my spa pedicure seat with the water almost filled up! I really enjoyed my time from the time I walked in until the time I left. Very gentle and communicated better than most nail salons I've been to. Highly recommend! Sit back and take time for you
Rude rude and rude ! The hours online say they're open until 7 PM. I walked in at 5:45 on a Thursday and the man told me I must be at the wrong place because they close at 6 o'clock every day. Update your online hours. And / or don't be so rude.
Mani pedi. I have never had a bad result here. Lots of foreign background chatter though.
Worst pedicure ever. Stay away. Barely cut my toenails and lightly filed them and by lightly I think she was just acting out because she did not file them nor buff them. Burned my skin with her Dremel repeatedly. I had to ask if she did ingrown nails because she would've skipped that step all together which I would've been better off if I did. Then came the cheese grater file. wtf is that for Once again went through the motions without touching my foot. When I confronted her of course she acted like she doesn't speak English. Then when I went to pay she said $50...,I said for this? Like I was given the spa treatment. Then asked if I wanted to put a tip on my card. Not only rude but ballsy. Owner then yelled at me, "if you want cheaper get different polish". Why he said anything is beyond me ...normally an owner would try to make the situation better. They are VERY Very rude people. Needless to say I left there in tears with nothing more than my feet soaked in a tub of water and out $50. Never again. I'd give no stars if I could because they shouldn't be in business. Nasty nasty mean people! You've been warned!!!
