Teresa did my hair and it looks magnificent!  She is so talented and so very kind.  She's the best hairdresser in Chattanooga!!!

If you need color correction and/or an expert colorist, this is your place! Teresa is talented and definitely can deliver. Be prepared to pay steep prices but it may well be worth it if you have the residue of a color disaster or are super anxious about your color.

I gave this salon 3 stars because they apparently don't do "finish work" (even though they are advertised on their website) and the assistant who gave me a "blow out" struggles to use a round brush. (When not texting on her phone.) I could not believe the "end" look she was willing to let me leave the salon with had I not complained.

The price is simply too high for the lack of finish work to justify returning in my case. They charged me more than I have paid in DC or CA for my hair -- admittedly, Teresa did repair a bad highlight job I received a few months ago. But still...this is Chattanooga. And I had to endure a rather heated discussion to get my hair "finished." I was told "We aren't a blow dry bar."

I don't want to go to a salon to argue about what a decent blow out looks like -- because we all know that it does not include frizzy ends and poofiness in the back. I want to go and relax, fully trusting that my hair will look better than when I style it at home (in addition to great cut and color.) And I'll pay for this luxury. Once I find it. Teresa did finish my hair once we had that tough conversation. And she did finish it nicely. I appreciate that. I just wish I didn't have to argue about salon standards for a $275 service to get it done right the first time.

What a great experience, worth every penny! I got 12" cut off and my eye brows waxed and I feel like a new person. They really listened to what I wanted. I can count on one hand the times I left a salon in love with my eye brows! The costumer service was wonderful and I will defiantly be going back! Thanks for the makeover! I haven't felt this beautiful in years!

I cannot say enough positive things about this salon and the miracles that Teresa can perform.
I called early in the morning to see if I could get squeezed in to fix the disaster that was my hair colour.
Not only did they work me in- she was able to correct the colour I had and in the process give me the platinum blonde I have been trying to achieve for YEARS! that's not an exaggeration- I move a lot and have to constantly change hair stylists.
I will definitely be going back here for as long as I live in Chattanooga.
Everyone was so warm and welcoming- I've never had such a wonderful experience.  Thank you ladies.

Relocated to Chattanooga recently and got super lucky  finding the best men's hair style specialist. In Denver CO it took me years to find the right one. In Chatt, first try! Jenelle is especially talented and specializes her gift for men only. Guys, most of us really dislike shopping around and just take the easy route and go wherever...and wind up settling. Settling is nice, don't shop, go to Jenelle, you will not be dissapointed. You will notice she takes pride in her work the second you sit down in the chair. Very nice, shares ideas, and then nails it! I highly recommend Jenelle.
