The lady stationed at the far end of the shop definitely rushed right through my pedicure. It was sloppy and she just wiped off the edges. I don't know why she was in a hurry, but I'm definitely not going back.
I've been going to Emma's Nails for years -- she does accept walk-ins, but prefers calling ahead. If you don't arrive within 15 min, your session is pushed/cancelled -- I've never had that issue as I live a short walk away and she always takes me in. I've had each nail tech work their magic on my hands and toes, but Lisa (owner) always takes care of me! Today, July 3rd, I surprised her with dif nail art than usual (party nail/glitter, pastels, watermelon art lol) - today I decided on some unicorn inspired squiggles -- love them!
I have tried many nails salons over the years and this one is top notch! What wonderful service and attention to detail. Couldn't be more pleased with my gel manicures. Great selection of nail colors, impeccable manicures, and the friendliest staff. Very clean salon taking all the appropriate measures to deal with COVID. Highly recommend!!
After months of diy pedicures I broke down and tried someplace else. Hugely disappointed. This am I walk by and the owner is as welcoming and pleasant as always. I didn't have an appointment (highly recommend making one) but she took me and I'm currently having the best pedicure in area as usual!!!!
This place is awful. It's close to where I live so I figured I'd go to get an acrylic set done. She literally CUT my fingers 7 times while filing the acrylics. 7 times! I guess my finger skin was fragile around the nails so it sliced right open due to the way she filed them. I pointed it out to her and she literally tried using glue to seal it up. To top it all off, the set was supposed to be $22 and she said she would give me a discount and only charge me $20. My friend also got an acrylic set and it was so poorly and unevenly done that her nails looked like they were going to take flight off her fingers. Don't go here.
