This was probably the worst experience I've had at a salon. The stylist was condescending but also didn't seem to know what she was doing. She seemed to be very judgemental of the requests I made and second guessing what I wanted. The haircut turned out alright, but wasn't quite what I wanted, but the customer service was beyond frustrating.

I love this place! Great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. I'm the worst kind of customer - I want my hair cut how I want, but I don't know what I want. I'm very bad at explaining to a stylist how I want my hair cut. I usually end up leaving feeling very frustrated and annoyed that I didn't end up with the style that I 'wanted' from most places. However, Deana faced this challenge head-on and did an absolutely SUPERB job. I have literally never been happier with a haircut in my life. If you need a haircut and you're not sure if you want to try this place out, be like Nike - just do it. (sorry, had to)

I came here for cutting my hair as a bob. I showed a picture like I want my hair cut to the girl and for the first time she cut them not that short and had to cut them again. After she finished cutting and start to style my hair- both sides were looking at the same way. Then when I went home I mention that left side was longer about 1,5 inches... so I went to another salon to fix it and got perfect hairstyle for cheaper price.
