I visited when I was in Washington for vacation and truly regret it. The products they used on me and pressured me into buying caused a blistering rash on my scalp and hairline within an hour or so after I left the salon. It was so bad that I had to interrupt my vacation to go to the emergency room. Now a week later the rash has finally settled down but the skin on my scalp and along my hairline where I had the rash is peeling. My hair is also now very brittle and breaking off and starting to thin because brushing or washing it results in a large number of hairs falling out. As for the expensive Monat products I was pressured into buying, I am having my credit card company do a chargeback.
I have had the privilege of Steph doing my hair several times. I can honestly say... "the girl knows hair" better than anyone I have visited before. The color has been exactly what I wanted each time, and I range from dark to blonde depending on season. She is easy to interact with... the time flies by at the salon. Communication is great, she is fantastic about working you into her schedule. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is exceptional with her craft. She listens and is thoughtful of how you want your style to be. I have a very short cut which sometimes makes stylists nervous but she listens to me and gets it correct every time. She also takes care of my color, which looks natural and keeps me looking young. She is always calm, never getting upset with scheduling changes I sometimes make. And if this isn't enough, she is wonderful to talk to.
