Showed up for my appointment. Got right in. Everyone was very kind. Shanna did a great job. I highly recommend them!
I called first thing for a mens appointment and Shanna happened to have a cancellation. She got me right in, this was my first time there and from when I walked in the door I knew I was going to receive a great haircut! Shanna is super nice and knowledgeable. I am extremely picky and she did a outstanding job! The salon was super clean nice! I will be back and would definitely recommend her !
I have been seeing Shanna for over a year. it's a simple trim with face framing. This past week I went in for simple trim. 1/4 off total length and face framing. what I got was 1 inch off total length and 2 inches off face framing with more added on one side. also, the underneath layer is cut up into several places up to 2 1/2 inches. It looks like a 5 year old cut my hair. to correct this I would loose a total of 3 1/2 inches. I have wanted to grow my hair out my whole life. it was finally happening. she was well aware. perhaps, if Shanna had not been trying to get further funds out of me by selling her new diet/ health pyramid plan she would have been concentrating on my hair. she is not a nutritionist, but you can call her for a 30 minute consultation and get on her great plan! even after declining she kept on and on. well, thanks for the butcher job here at Christmas!
