The Touch Salon in Austin, TX

I had my hair cut done at this place last week and didn't like it at all. I insisted for the hairstylist not to cut too short but she did. Very dissatified with service and will never go here and this place is very expensive for regular layer hair cut abt $65. Hair stylist Manju is over confident lady and does what she things is good for the client. Never ever going to go back here and recommend it to anyone. Pls save your hair and pocket from this place especially.

A local salon in North Austin which seems to be popular with the desi (Indian) community. Along with haircuts and waxing, they also do eyebrow threading. I was able to book an appointment for a leg wax few days prior, but when I arrived, they had me wait almost 20 minutes. The esthetician apologized, and she did work pretty quickly to "make up for the lost time". Over the phone they told me it would be $50, but they ended up charging $60 in store, which was a bit annoying. I still tipped though, haha.

Came in with a friend and she ruined her hair. I decided not to get a haircut because my friend was so upset. Everyone going out this salon has the same haircut and the hair dresser lady wasn't listening to anything said. She did what she wanted to and took off 4 inches when she was asked for a trim. Stay away

ZERO STARS. Save your hair and don't come here. Unless you want the textbook middle aged Indian aunty haircut don't bother. The over confident hair dresser came in saying I know what you want. She didn't listen to anything I said, she kept cutting even after I stopped her and asked to her cut less. She ruined my hair, gave me a gross juvenile haircut that I didn't ask for. I'm so angry I'm shaking as I'm typing this. Stay the away from this place if you value your hair

I've been to Manju a few times. She's quick and does a thorough job. Her salon is kept really clean as well. To top it off, she's really pleasant and fun to chat with.
