Called 4 times during normal business hours to make an appointment and no one ever answered the phone

I've driven past this place hundreds of times over the past several years and never stopped in.  Traditionally, I would go to East Nashville to get my haircut and this morning that changed.  Popped in first thing this morning hoping I could get my haircut and surely enough, Brandy had a cancellation.  As I observed the inside of this business I realized it had a super cool vibe, very relaxing and Heather was a true ambassador for the business.  She welcomed me in and gave me an AMAZING haircut and had a cool conversation about life and living.  EXTREMELY happy that I stopped in and gave this business a chance.  As a male (with longer hair) I appreciated the fact that they cut men's hair.  Even if I didn't have longer hair, I'd still HIGHLY recommend this place for your next hair appt.  I'd also like to say that I'm super jazzed about Heather Brown Hardwick running for mayor.  Did some research and ABSOLUTELY love her leadership style, grace and energy that she will bring to the Pleasant View community. For all you men out there that don't think a women could handle this job...think twice!  This young lady is a PERFECT fit at a PERFECT time to continue to lead our community into the coming years!!  Very excited for her and her family!!

Go to Mary Carole! She's super sweet. I asked for an icy blonde and she gave me exactly what I wanted in about three sessions with her. Will continue to go to her!

I've never got my hair done here but I get my brows waxed by Brandy and she's wonderful. I come from a small town in west tn where it's only 7 to get a wax here's its 10. To me that's high but worth it. :)

Worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. As well as the most unprofessional and disrespectful business I have ever been to. I went in for a color correction that cost me 80$. I asked for a balayage and no brassiness. I left with one flat color all over my head, and extremely gold roots. My hair color was so bad I was embarrassed to walk out of the house without a hat. Therefore, I went to another salon and had to pay over 200$ just to get my so called "color corrected hair" fixed. Once I confronted the salon and had pictures to prove my story, I was refused a refund and then called a liar. The stylist, Brandy, and the owner declared I never asked for a balayage to cover up the fact that I did not receive it. Further, I know of multiple scenarios like this that have happened to other individuals and friends as well. Save your time and money, as you definitely will not get a refund!!!
