Kelsey Ann does a great job grooming our mini Schnauzer. We had been taking him to PetSmart before we found Kelsey, and the difference in quality is a complete 180. When we dropped him off at PetSmart, he would shake, didn't want us to leave, and didn't want the useless PetSmart employee to take him. Now when we take him to Kelsey, he's so excited to see her, he doesn't even notice when we leave. She's professional, reliable, and you can tell she really cares about the dogs. Her prices are very fair, and she likes to book in advance and works with our busy schedules. I'd highly recommend her. She's everything we were looking for in a groomer, and more.
Kelsey did a great job with my dog McCoy. He's very skittish, shy and anxious. He's very sweet but takes a while to warm up to new people AND he loved Kelsey right away! In the past, he has growled and not allowed anyone near him or his feet.
She took great care of him. And I think he actually enjoyed the experience, he was prancing around in his bandana afterwards :)
