The owner is possibly the worst business person I've ever encountered. I started off with a Groupon and, after having a decent mani/pedi for the price of the Groupon, I was assured that they would keep the price for future appointments.
My first tech had an accident and took a lengthy leave. My second tech was truly wonderful and then she left for another business opportunity. My third tech was chatty but competent and then THE OWNER REFUSED TO CONTINUE TO HONOR THE PRICE. The increase was almost double what I was paying.
I explained that I was a senior citizen on a fixed income and couldn't afford the increase -- AND SHE DIDN'T CARE.
The owner would rather lose a regular customer than honor a commitment. This too after I recommended this place to several friends.
FYI -- after my experience, they all left as well.
Do not go to this place. I felt uncomfortable when I walked in and they refuse to do my nails because I have psoriasis instead of educating their staff on psoriasis the manager fought with me via text and would not refund my money. Yes and I already paid for it. I felt like I was in a nightmare and I couldn't get out of it I have never seen such poor customer service in my entire life. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this unprofessional unsavory and discriminative environment.
Also I was told if I didn't like it call Groupon and get my money back their hours are terrible for Groupon customers to get manicures and pedicures which is not on the Groupon coupon if I had known they only took customers between 12 and 3 I would have never bought the Groupon. I heard numerous times call Groupon and get your money back if they're that unhappy with Groupon they need to quit advertising with Groupon. I am just amazed at how terrible the owner of this company is and they have been reported to Groupon.
I have no plans to return here. I received a Valentine's gift for a gel manicure and pedicure so of course I went there to try out the place. My appointment was with Bebe. I didn't particularly care for the way that they do a manicure they don't soak your fingers she claims it's unsanitary but I don't see how that could be. To me it feels great. It softens and moistens your cuticles and when all is said and done, you wash your hands.. on the other hand they did a completely normal pedicure with the soaking of my feet in water so what's the difference. Are my feet more sanitary than my fingers? The gel color selection was very limited they did not have the color I chose so she created one which I was fine with.
It was only $50 to do both so I rescheduled. Before returning, I called in regards to the manicure. I was wondering whether or not Bebe could do a normal one. The girl that answered the phone said of course she could do it either way you'd like so I said okay and kept the appointment. When I arrived BeBe was not too happy to see me (I guess feeling as if I had made a complaint about her work) my intention was not to complain, I just had a question as to whether or not the manicure could be done differently. And not be done by continually drilling and cutting barely wet cuticles. I guess she completely forgot about the $20 tip I gave her for her last services. With this encounter, her attitude was stubborn and she was totally not interested in doing a regular manicure. She continued to state that it was unsanitary and that's just not how she does them. So I kindly thanked her and I left. I'm confused as to what made the girl at the front desk think that Bebe would do a regular manicure? I could have just cancelled my appt. Instead of going through all of that with Bebe if she would have just given me the right information in regards to BeBe doing manicures..I've been getting manicures and pedicures for years and I never heard have a manicure being unsanitary. As a matter of fact, I went right around the corner to a different Salon to have a gel manicure done and they did the manicure the way I'm used to with no problem.
The worst nail ever!!!!!!! Omg. One hr after the gel, I still feel my fingers hurt so bad and two of them start to bleed. How Procedure was horrible and I never see taking off colors over the edge after colors on. It means attached colors at the cubicle area has to be remove with shaping tool, which roughly rubs off color on my skin. I also wait there for 20 mins from my appointment till the nail tech came in. My nails were done pretty bad, even the tech told me her works never get nail flip over. She also told me that she taught others how to do nail. The shape is ok before she put on colors, but everything was changed after color apples. Never go back . Sorry.
