I purchased a Groupon titled: By Mary at Just Hair Salon for my husband. The reviews of this hair salon were good so I had high hopes. When I called, Mary answered the phone and sounded immediately frazzled. I attempted to make a appointment with her. She rushed through the conversation saying that she was with a customer and asked me to call back when She wasn't busy...Um, what?? Just as I was about to tell her that the time she recommended would work for us, she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and rude. I called Groupon and received a refund for my purchase. I can't speak for the other stylists, but I can tell you that I will never recommend this establishment due to the unpleasant experience I had, and the unprecedented behavior Mary displayed on the phone.
I have called this place I want to say like 10 times and they won't answer the phone!! They need a phone person or something cuz this is ridiculous!
I've gone to Maria for most of my adult life because she's been in this business for 20 years and it shows. She's always been thorough and attentive to the needs of her clients. One of my favorite things about Maria is about a year ago I wanted to try out some crazy colors(blended rainbow with 7 shades) in my hair and it was a technique she hadn't tried before; instead of shutting me down or sending me somewhere else she learned the details and tricks of what I wanted and it came out beautifully! She really takes pride in her craft and gets just as much joy out of your new style as you will. Make an appointment with Maria and you won't be disappointed!
