Allysa was fantastic. She gave a tour of the salon and explained the color and shampoo rooms. She consulted what high and low lights that wanted and asked how I wanted my hair styled. She explained each step that she did with my hair. She told me what products that she used on my hair. She was so friendly and I felt 10 yrs younger with my new hair style. I can't wait to recommend this salon to my girlfriend when she moves here next month. I can't wait till my next appointment with Allysa.
I always leave Lora Brown Salon a very happy customer. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have always been extremely happy with my services. Lora is so talented and gives me a fantastic precision haircut. She is a true professional and such a perfectionist. I enjoy the time I spent at the salon.
I received the best haircut from Gus. He did exactly what I was wanting and went above and beyond to make my results happen in one visit! With the amount of damage my hair had, I was anticipating several visits to achieve what Gus did in one visit. I believe Gus is a true asset to The Salon of Lora Brown.
I don't normally leave reviews but the experience I had here was horrendous. I do not go to salons because I don't like to spend a lot of money but thought I would treat myself and did need a hair cut. The salon itself is very nice and does make you feel pampered, my problem is I did not want a pixie cut as I told the lady numerous times. I have been growing my hair out since September from a pixie so was extremely upset when I received yet another pixie cut. I wear glasses which alway have to be removed for haircuts so I can never see exactly how much of my hair they are cutting. I am extremely upset that again I have to grow my hair out again but until then I am stuck with the horrible short hair. Do not recommend unless you want them to do the opposite of what you want.
