This was my first time going to this salon. I went for a pedicure and asked for them to do a basic manicure with no polish. The pedicure was good and I have no complaints, but then he began to clip my nails and he cut the tip of my finger. It began bleeding terrilbly. He apologized and went to go get some stuff to fix it. He continued to clip my nails way too short after and did not shape them well. This is what my finger looks like today and it is quite painful. I am not pleased. They also still charged me for the manicure after this.
I think they could've shaped better and spent way too long on them for them to not look how I wanted them to, could have done way better or charged less!
My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Monday afternoon and I wish I would have went with my first mind and not ! I decided to get a pedicure and when I say it was the worst professional pedicure I've ever received . I could not even relax because I could not help but focus on how horrible the pedicure was going. My toes look like a 10 year old painted them. The lady that was doing my toes seem to be in a rush for whatever reason but it was unacceptable. My toes look like I have one coat of paint instead of a solid nice coat. When I asked for her to correct the mistake it seems as i was bothering her and she went back and did the same exact thing. I would not recommend this place for your spa pedicure . The employee does not take pride in their work and is lazy in nature. Save the headache and go elsewhere.
Sorry to say but this was the worst paint job for a pedicure that I've ever had. I asked the guy to redo my big toe because it was just awful. Second try was just as bad.
I've been going here about a year and they've been pretty good. Until this last visit I was getting my dip taken off and they used a fake nail to pry off the dip from my real nail. I told the lady she was hurting me and she kept pulling, she finally pulled as hard as she could and pulled a part of my real nail off and it was the worst pain I think I've ever felt. I don't know that I'll be back.
