I am absolutely appalled at the behavior of this salon. My mother made an appointment for a haircut with a stylist named Nora at 1pm. While I understand that often stylist double book between color appointments, Nora's actions were not ok. She told my mom it was too bad she didn't have time to style her hair and thought it looked fine like that and she could pay at the desk. She had a client with foils in her hair. The receptionist told my mom it's raining outside anyway. Are you serious? This is how you treat people?!?! They should not have booked her the appointment if they didn't have the time. My mom has a nice dinner to go to tonight and came home with wet hair and nearly to tears because of how rude these employees treated her. Completely unprofessional.
Looking for a salon to cut my daughters hair last min. Went into here Jullian (sorry I know I'm spelling your name wrong) took us in right away . She was very polite and professional, she even braided her hair after the hair cut. There was another lady there who was also very friendly as well sorry forgot her name but I want to thank them both for making it a comfortable experience . I Will be returning here for any future needs , also have recommended them to some friends . :)
I have been wanting my hair done for awhile a my husband had gotten me a gift card so I went and made a appointment to get my hair done. I was super nervous going in there not knowing if I would like my hair cause I have never done anything like this before.. I just want to say Jillian is amazing I love my hair. I will definitely be going back to her .. thank you .
