The SALON by InStyle Inside JCPenney in Tucson, AZ

I was able to score an appointment at the salon for a cut, color, highlights & styling with Luz B. I am only in the Tucson area from February until April. It was great to be pampered while traveling and Luz was the perfect stylist to pamper me! Great conversation & recommendations for good local eats!! JC Penney's still strongly recommends masks. Parking is a plenty! The salon is located way at the very back end of the store, so of course I had my eyes on a few things to pick up on my departure out of the store!! Smart JC Penney! The prices were a little on the higher end mark but honestly, you get what you pay for. I am happy with the outcome of my Doo & I made a new friend with Luz B.

Decided to order online worst experience ever. This company should be looked into for fraud and false advertising. I refuse to support this company after this experience. I ordered a product online. The funds paid have been charged paid an extra 30.00 for shipping to have it sooner (1 buisness day). Still dont have product (tracking number is invalid according to UPS) and customer service says my tracking number is wrong but it's the same number they have. Company wont fix the issue until the lost package is delivered and I'm out almost $100 until then. Company has no idea what's going on with the delivery one associate says there is no record of my order another says my tracking number is wrong so gave me a new tracking number which is the same one I already have. Wont ever support or recomend this company ever again.

I love going to Claudia to get my hair cut and colored! She is the best and I've followed her to 3 different salons. I love the JC Penny Salon at Spectrum because it gets me to a side of town that I don't get to a lot. I can browse JC Penny's on the way into and out of the salon. The downfall is there always such a long line for the JC Penny store, but the salon is great. I love that I can charge my cut to my JC Penny's card. They've been with following Covid protocols too!

I am snowbird & a return customer to this hair salon 2 years in a row. On February 13 I had my hair cut & styled by Senior Stylist Leigh Bukowski who did an outstanding job. She first talked to me & asked exactly what I would like done. She was a warm & friendly person who I highly recommend. My hair turned out great & even better than I had at home. I will certainly return again & ask for Leigh.
