This place was sooooo bad, I had nice and thick eyebrows and the lady with the lip fillers thinned them out sooo bad and arched them extremely ! DO NOT COME HERE !!! The service is bad, they don't train the threaders, they close on days that say are open, and simply have no sense of what eyebrows should look like. Save yourself the trip and do not come here.
I have been coming here for 4 years and they have really went down hill. They rush through your service and have terrible attitudes. I will never be coming here again.
I'm very disappointed in the manger, I've come here for 5+ years. I usually go to Pam and call to make sure she's there but today i didn't and i thought i barely caught them open so I'm thankful for that. The site says 10pm and she kindly let me in and i checked in then she gets me from the waiting area and said i came late and they close at 7pm and i told her sorry i usually call and she ignored me and started on my face pressing so hard & ripping the thread multiple times on my lip & eyebrows. I felt like I got sliced all over my face. Then she gives me the mirror and my brows are small with a new shape and disagreed and didn't put aloe on my face, we go to pay which i had no issue doing but she acted some kind of way like if i wasn't.... And i still tipped her after checking me out another customer comes in and she kindly takes her back and tells her she closed at 7 and I'm looking in the mirror cleaning the hair off my face with the Kleenex and she tells me i can leave that their closed and starts speaking her other language and i told her she was being rude and left. I'll never go to her ever again and will call to make sure Pam is there.
Why put that you close at 9pm on Saturday's if y'all are gonna close and lock the doors before 8:30pm and not even put a sign on the door stating WHY?
The head lady completely took off half of my eyebrows, left them uneven and tried to give me an invalid credit when I asked for my money back. She called me crazy for confronting her about my uneven and bald eyebrows. Then she offered a store credit card which I agreed too, after getting in my car I say that she put the expiration day for today. I will never be going back here again, customer service is the worst and the quality of work they do is terrible. Perfect Brow is false advertising because they messed my eyebrows up.
