I have gotten my hair done at this Salon for about two years. I ALWAYS got to Katelynn, and she always does a fabulous job. I am a light brunette and three years ago I was wanting to go from having blonde highlights to having a blonde ombre and no matter where I went no one ever gave me the look I wanted, until I found Katelynn. Since then I have gone back to my natural hair color and it is so wild how easy and quick the transition was. Ever since I have been a client of Katelynn's, I have never been more in love with my hair!
In the 20 years that I have been getting my hair highlighted I have NEVER had such a bad experience. I'm new to MS and had to try a new salon. First the stylist Brittany was 30 minutes late for our appt. I was understanding and let that go. I have brown hair and wanted to freshen up for spring with full blonde highlights. Seems simple enough, right? Wrong. I left looking like a skunk with wet hair bc she ran out of time due to her lateness. I had to leave to pick my son up from daycare or I would have had the problem fixed immediately. After I got home and saw the horrific mess my hair was in, I was absolutely mortified that I had just spent $150 for this and could not go out in public. I immediately contacted Brittany and she said come back in and she could tone it the next day at 430 bc she had an opening. Great! I always try to give the person a chance to fix a problem. So I go to appt at 430pm and she is in the middle of a session with ANOTHER client. I arranged to have child care and thought at the most it would take 1 hour to tone my hair. Wrong! It took her 30 minutes to even get to me and was in such a rush bc she clearly double booked and I was second in priority bc she already got my money. Well to make a long story short she aggressively continues adding stuff to my hair while I'm at the hair wash station and washing and rewashing. I'm assuming that my hair turned green, from her lack of color knowledge. Anyways long story short I left with a brown hair (what I started with) and no highlights. Needless to say I got a full refund and will not return.
