Incredible Experience! Dr. Viki changed my life! These lines were my biggest insecurity and she didn't waste my time or money, she gave me exactly what I needed to feel confident again! Thank you!!

I made an appt for a blood test & for a checkup. I could not understand the person who answered the phone so I had my husband set up the appt & I think from then on out there was communication problems. I googled 'holistic' doctors in Enid however once I came in I was told the doctor I thought I had the appt was with no longer worked there.  I was charged for seeing two doctors, one for the blood draw and the other for the Chiropractor asking about 3 questions..I was NOT there to see a chiropractor, so I was charged $130 for her 3 questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. My appt was for weird vertigo/pulsating headaches & that was never addressed. My basic vitals were not taken whatsoever & had they been then maybe I would be closer to figuring out the reason why I went in.  The whole experience from walking in the door & being told to not fill out paper work to filling it out & back and forth to the 'exam' was a bad experience & unethical since again, I was not there there to see a Chiropractor.
I was not at ANY point told that that there would be an additional charge for the blood draw being sent out...it was even mentioned that this was the first time I had ever had my blood taken so obviously I wouldn't have known there was an extra charge. Many months later I received a bill of $1200 that my insurance kept kicking back not wanting to cover. Pandemic or not an unexpected $1200 bill that you were never told you would receive is a huge financial blow. Between this place not sending in my correct insurance information in the beginning & my insurance kicking it back this bill was nearly sent to collections because of how long the process took. This experience with this business from start to finish was a nightmare with zero suggestions, remedies, etc for the headaches. To this day when I google Holistic doctors in Enid the person I thought my appt was with is still coming up under the search & 'taking appts'. The ONLY positive experience I had in this entire situation is the Chiropractor going over my blood results extensively but again the vertigo and headaches not addressed.

Where you gonna' go to get Chiropractic treatment to actually get results???

Dr. Viki, and all of the staff there are amazing! I have been to multiple chiropractic places, and this place is by far the best I have ever been to. Everyone is always so friendly, and in my opinion this is the best place to go for any services they offer, especially the chiropractic service.

I have been to Enid many times over the years. I was have lower pain,due to my own stupidity. I lifted something way to heavy on Memorial weekend. So for 5 days I suffered.
The center worked me in   Right away  
DR Viki worked on my back for quit a while
I was able to leave the center pain free.
I am very grateful the Doctors and staff are excellent
