First.. Sophia was 15 minutes late to my appointment. All for these to be the WORST ombre nails I have EVER had. I said that I wanted light pink/nude to white ombre acrylic powder nails. I do only acrylic powder because polish always chips. I had Sophia do them as she is the owner and the best nail tech there and she assured me she could do them, however, she messed them up beyond fixing. The nude color isn't even right? Wayyy too dark. But there was barely any white because she covered it all. So then she tried to add white polish and blend it down...... but they are horrible. I also hate flare on my nails but she flared them anyway as well. I told her I was unhappy with them and disappointed and that they are the worst ombre I've ever had. She called other nail techs to come over and look at them and then tried to convince me that they looked good and that they're what I asked for. Still had to pay $55 for a terrible set of nails. Unacceptable. Never going back.
I usually don't have a problem when the owner is there, but... I took my girls today and they took 3 hours to only finish half the services we requested. I really like some of their employees but the negatives outweigh the positives. They attempted to charge me for services we did not receive. Their waiting order is non existent, as people arrived they were helped and we kept getting pushed back. I have given them plenty of chances after inconsistencies in their work and now I'm done!
I took my 11 year old granddaughter there as part of her birthday gift. We both had pedicures with hot stone massage. The staff there was friendly and we enjoyed the whole experience. They did a wonderful job with our pedicures.
Service was great. Employees are awesome. I love you all. the little girl arguing with her mom, however. She was yelling at her mom and I did needed to leave, or I would have blown up. I will be back for the design.
