My nails were chipping and breaking off within the first 10 days.... When I went in to have them repaired I was told I would have to pay for another full set. She only Guarantees her work for 7 days!!!

I came in yesterday without an appointment and they were able to accommodate. I have a bit of a wait, but that was understandable given they were a little busy. Overall, I love the way my nails turned!The staff was extremely nice! I would definitely come back here for the attention to detail, great art work, and friendly service.

I was in town for the weekend and read so many great reviews, but to my dismay my dip didn't last 3 days. It has chipped, it's too thick, and cracked. Everything was good the day of, but it seemed after the 2nd day, I noticed all the cracks in my nails. The lady that did my nails was very nice, but seemed to be the only one capable of answering the phone. There was one other nail tech doing nails right next to us and another man sitting in one of the pedicure chairs not doing anything. Hopefully this was a bad day and maybe it will be better next time.

Just don't.

Huge language barrier, which is not a surprise. Honest to god, I would pay just to have someone understand what I'm saying. Rush job, no filing with pedi, soak was ~ 90 seconds. Massage was ~ 45 seconds. Told me it was not possible to simply soak off no chip polish. Again, I would pay to not be rushed & ruin my natural nail. NEVER AGAIN.
