I went here a few days ago and let them know I'm new to the world of brow care, and they were so kind! They ran me through exactly what to expect and played really nice music the whole time. When I first got them done I was a little nervous about how dark they were, but I trusted the process and they settled in beautifully the next morning!

Michelle you're honestly a life saver

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. went in for the first time to get a full hybrid set level 1 because they said it was "on sale" so it went from around $250 (i forget exact price) to $175 plus big tip to lash tech. they tried to get me to sign up for a (costly) "membership" to "get sales" and tried to get me to book another appointment for every 2 weeks. i said no thank you. i'm in college and work a minimum wage job and need to save my money so i just wanted to see how much i liked having them first. i waited months before getting them done because i wanted to save up and think about it as well. anyway, i didn't get them wet for 24 hours like she instructed me to and i was very gentle with them when putting clothes on, etc. two days later almost all the lashes on my right eye fell out. my left eye isn't looking too great either. such a scam. apparently they're supposed to last a month, or atleast a week or two! if you feel like throwing money away, go to lash lounge. i wasn't even going to write a review but i was looking through my bank statements and saw the -$175 from lash lounge and a wave of passion came over me. they must do it on purpose because they want you to come back every two weeks for "refills." i'm hoping i can save another 20 year old broke college girl from my same fate. go somewhere else or have a friend who does lashes/is a lash tech do yours. even if it's a little more expensive i'd say it's worth it

Had my lashes done with Michelle during my first visit at Lash Lounge. Michelle was friendly and professional. The lashes, however, began falling off the very same day (with no natural lashes attached to them). Over the course of 2-3 days post appointment, I lost about a dozen lashes and had to return to the salon. They rectified this with a complimentary fill which I appreciated. Still, I was losing lashes at a fast rate which I can't understand since I'm super gentle with them, hardly ever wear makeup and when I do, it's eye liner only. The space is set up nicely and  appears clean.

The lash techs are all very friendly. Unfortunately, after 7 months here, the verdict is that the lashes fall off within a few day to a week. For an hour appointment and $80 plus dollars every 2-3 weeks, this wasn't worth it to me. The young lady who generally works the front desk is very polite and accommodating. Whoever was working in the middle of the day on Thursday, 8/11 was rude and condescending and the nail in the coffin for my Lash Lounge Cranston experiment.

Had my lashes done for 5 years in FL, then due to covid I stopped. When I moved to RI I found the Lash Lounge and the monthly membership intrigued me. I went here for 7 months, and most of the time was disappointed. I had lashes falling off walking to the car after my appointments. (And yes, just the extension, my actual lash didn't shed)

I swapped lash techs here until I found Meeky, who was amazing. Her lashes never fell off, and lasted, unlike the rest of the techs I had tried. Unfortunately she left, and I was bouncing around techs again. Heidi did my lashes, and they all fell off the NEXT DAY. (See my pics) I called and they got me in (with Heidi) for a fill a few days later. Unfortunately, they all fell off again in the next day or two. I swapped tech's AGAIN. And when I went for a fill they tried to charge me for a full set. I explained what happened with Heidi and that when she "fixed" it, they didn't stay either and the girl at the front had an attitude and tried to tell me that maybe lashes aren't a good fit for me. Wtf? I've had my lashes done for YEARS prior to this place and never had them fall off the way they do after their techs set my lashes. Also Meeky's never fell off. I also follow the aftercare guidelines, don't get them wet for 48 hours, comb gently, I even tried their lash extension extender bs that you comb on when I went on vacation, and they still fell off.

I actually gave them yet another chance and found Brittany, who is excellent! Lashes done by her look the best and last the longest, they're actually pretty full still at the 2 week mark!

The last straw as to why I no longer go here was due to the customer service. When I scheduled out my appointments (and you'll need to do this as the decent techs book out a two months at least), I found out they changed my appointment times, and techs, without telling me. I had previously had this happen a couple times and would show up 30-1hr early but I delete texts and couldn't reference the reminder times, so I just wrote it off as me writing down the incorrect appointment time. After a the last time I stopped deleting the text reminders and lo and behold...I wasn't writing it down wrong) Appointments that were supposed to be at 1 (and I had kept the texts from them confirming time/tech) suddenly at 2 or 3 with a completely diff tech than originally. I also wouldn't have scheduled those times as I work then...Again the girl at the front desk was rude and basically said I was SOL and could schedule me with completely new techs/days/times that didn't really work for me as Brittany was booked out for a few months.

TL;DR
Brittany is amazing, her lashes look and last the longest, but most other techs lashes start falling off immediately & customer service isn't the best.
