I got a pedicure today and I wanted one because with working on my feet all day, my feet are dry and peeling from this. I wanted a pedicure to have them smoother and not peeling. But I left and they appear to be peeling worse than when I went in.
My boyfriend & I went in for pedicures & I also got gel manicure. Everything is super clean & the decor is cute. The pedicure chairs were heavenly. The prices were very reasonable. My tech took her time removing my old gel polish in order to protect my nails rather than using the drill which would usually make my nails feel weak & damaged. She did a flawless job. I will definitely make a follow up appointment here.
I went on another trip and had to stop in again. The finished product was beyond my expectations. I changed my mind half way through and since they weren't too busy, they were able to accommodate for me.
So I will revise my last review, they don't have all exact matches but they have more gel and regular polish matches than other places I've been. Definitely will come back each time I visit!
I wanted a gel manicure and found this salon. The manicurist cut my cuticles and ended up making my finger bleed! She kept pouring a blue solution on it but it wouldn't stop bleeding. I finally told her, "I think I need a bandaid". She wasn't even able to paint this nail. I explained that I didn't live in the area (I was visiting a friend and live at least 30 minutes away!) when she offered for me to return so she could paint the injured finger. I was flabbergasted when she actually wanted to charge me full price. Their debit/credit card machine didn't work. I ended up paying in cash. She apologized but this fell on deaf ears. I noticed later too that all of my nail beds were sore and pink where she trimmed my cuticles. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
Rhonda has been doing my nails for a few years now and I'm very pleased with her service. She's very nice, does a great job, and the shop is always pleasant, clean and bright. I'd recommend it to anyone. I'm so happy this salon is in my neighborhood. Her business is a great addition to our Pawtuxet Village shops.
