Still waiting for a $50 refund for services never rendered. I wished I had never bought any service from them. They cancel last minute and wait months to reschedule.

I booked a service a couple of months ago but I had to cancel, they told me I will receive my refund from 7 to 10 days and now 2 months later I still waiting for  it, nobody answer my calls or texts ...
Reading others people's reviews seems like this business used to do this to several people, they also have a lot of complaints on the BBB website.

I have been going to Ivy Beauty bar for about a year, and I absolutely love them.  I recommend them so highly I referred my sister :-)

I leave REVIEWS TO HELP PEOPLE! KEEP ON NOW. Refer to pics for PROOF! My "complaints" aren't erroneous. They're FACTS with evidence to back it up. Let me clear this up for you since you're LYING! I PAID IN FULL WITH MY DISCOVER CREDIT CARD. I DIDN'T USE AFTERPAY. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW LADY? I HAVE THE SCREENSHOT THAT I WILL ADD SHOWING HOW I PAID YOU. I USE A CREDIT CARD FOR STUFF LIKE THIS FOR THIS EXACT REASON. I can afford what i do. Thanks tho. ALSO, NO ONE MADE ME LEAVE OR ASKED ME TO. NOW YOU'RE JUST MAKING STUFF UP. I'm far from a Karen. You're just mad because you got caught and are trying to do damage control. You were shaking trying to refund me and kept searching to find my order. That is why i asked you to Zelle me because it was quicker. I have it all on video as well as the emails after you quickly tried to refund me so no one else would hear what was going on. Except, EVERYONE heard it and they all know you're a con artist. Regardless of what pen was used, the BLACK PLUNGER didn't move. They all have a plunger that moves down as product goes into the lips. I can't post the video here but for those wanting more proof, go look at Google. The video is there. Little bumps are very common with this pen. The product has to disperse so it takes a bit to settle. You should also learn about your pen. It's called a PLUNGER in the ampoule....not a THING. How dare you subject me to diseases and whatever else because you're reusing an ampoule! A lady doing a massage came out of her room asking us to quiet down so you couldn't get me out of there quick enough. You even told me because we were going to Jamaica and that I would miss a week that you would give me a 6th treatment for FREE! Of course it was free because you weren't adding any product in the first place. When I do my lips, I actually use product unlike you. You're lucky that I don't get a lawyer and sue you. You might want to step back before I do so. You have a lot of unhappy customers after looking at your reviews. A friend commented on your Facebook page last night and you quickly blocked our page and hers. Oh and my fillers are purchased from accredited BBB verified companies. For those wondering about the BBB, she also has several complaints on there as well so go take a peek.

DO NOT GO HERE! SHE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN! Couldn't get home fast enough to write this review. Crystal, the owner was running a special around St. Patrick's Day for 5 hyaluron pen sessions for $100. I have one myself, but thought oh that's a great deal so I bought it to use whenever. Fast forward to last week, I went for my first session. Her pen is different than mine so I didn't think anything of it when I didn't feel the popping sensation like a rubber band hitting your lips. I also didn't bleed at all and had no filler lumps which is common to have for the first week after you get it done because it has to settle. Well, this time I realized something was up so I asked if I could take a video to show a friend how it works. She hesitated at first, then agreed. A client that left right before i went in mentioned she didn't see much of a difference so something told me to video it. The ampoule was EMPTY meaning NO FILLER was even in it. She was shooting NOTHING into my lips. I also never saw or heard her pressurize the pen which you have to do in order for it to work correctly. She knows that I'm well aware of how this pen works since I have one and do my own lips. I waited until I got to the car and watched the video to confirm before I went back in and confronted her. The black plunger never moved in the EMPTY ampoule! She kept stuttering and saying that she didn't understand what I was saying and that I was lying. I have VIDEO PROOF! What more do you need? I made her refund me every dollar back and told her I would be leaving reviews to warn unsuspecting people that she's a FRAUD! I wasn't even out of the room for 5 minutes and her excuse for the same ampoule being empty that she used on me was....I just had 2 more clients after you...WAIT, you did 2 clients within 5 minutes of me walking out? An older gentleman was sitting in the waiting area and overheard all of it, as well as people working in the salon that helped me locate her after going back inside. The older gentleman even told her that no one went in her room after i left. I went in her room while trying to find her & took pics of the pen and empty ampoule still attached sitting there. Ampoules are ONE TIME USE ONLY! She's reusing them on each client. Truly disgusting! She will be reported to the health department. It's very unsanitary and extremely dangerous for someone to reuse those ampoules and she has gotten away with it until now. It took someone familiar with this pen to FIND OUT THE TRUTH! Taking people's money and having them leave knowing you're not doing the service they paid for. Steer clear of her unless you want to waste your money and end up getting a disease or infection!

Not only is the scheduling bad because they can't keep a staff member more than two weeks, they sell packages of things that don't work at all. Even when asking their own staff members will admit they haven't really ever seen results from their products. Please don't get scammed. I wish I hadn't.
