Don't schedule an appointment at this shop. Rhonda, owner / stylist, uses products that are sub par, inferior, and unhealthy for your hair. I had an absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT allow her to apply the Keratin Treatment on your hair! While she describes it as "all natural", it is not! Within days of leaving her shop, my hair shredded uncontrollably, and itched beyond belief! I called Rhonda and informed her of my hair condition, and requested the name of the product used on my hair. She refused to tell me the name of the product. While applying the Keratin Treatment at the shop, she boasted that it was all-natural, and that she was the ONLY person in Washington State who used this particular product (I now know why). She charges $400 for the application, stating it will last 4 months. It doesn't. It's a bait & switch. The average cost for a Keratin Treatment is between $250-$$300. She's overpriced, and the quality is not there. I do not recommend her. Schedule some where else. Buyer beware!
I cannot speak any better of this place than I'm about to write- long story short; YOU NEED TO COME HERE. Rhonda is amazing. After several mishaps and LOTS of damage at the hands of other stylists rhonda has gained my patronage by being straight up, listening and wanting to HELP me. I got a deep conditioning treatment, haircut, and style today and I got told exactly what I need to do as I get home and when I need to come back and see her. She did not hesitate to keep me as long as she needed to to make sure everything was as perfect as it could be- she is FAR from half assed or rushed. I will be referring ALL my clients here and my friends and family. I will of course be returning as well. Thank you Rhonda! You deserve the best.
Ms. Rhonda is simply the best!! She truly cares about you and your hair. She truly cares about you and your hair and the end results. I moved from another state just to be close to her and for her to do my hair. No one compares to her. She has a beautiful soul. You are not just another client when you seat in her chair. She always make me feel beautiful even at times when I don't think so. Promise me, give her one chance to do your hair and I guarantee you will keep coming back. She is truly dedicated to making you look your best.

She was so professional, very knowledgeable about the best products and vitamins to get my hair healthy. The day I came home from my appointment with Rhonda, my husband couldn't stop complimenting me. He loved my hair! He kept saying over and over again how lovely I looked. Rhonda is great with natural hair, weaves, color...you name it, she does it for ALL types of hair. I am just glad I don't have to travel to Washington, DC to get my hair done anymore.
