Went in for body perm, when I got home & my hair started drying it was obvious something was terribly wrong. I immediately called & was told to let it completely air dry & it would be fine. Well it wasn't fine, my hair was fried. After one attempt of trying to fix it failed, I requested a refund, I did get a refund but I also got a very snotty condescending attitude saying the only reason I wanted a refund was I just didn't like the way it looked! Well who would be happy with broken, split fried hair! Not me! Now I can only wear it pulled back in a pony tail until it grows out. Horrible experience for me.
I come here to get my hair braided by this wonderful lady named Liz and she killed it! It's been holding up for quite sometime and she does very professional work!
I went there on a recommendation to have my hair colored nothing crazy just a fresh in up .. the first trip I made was ok NOT what I fully asked for but wasn't horrible .. so the Style said to me " give your a hair a week an come back a see me and I will fix it" so I paid 125 plus tip!!! an mins you my hair is bleach with a strip of a dark color ... not to difficult... I went back a week later to be greeted by the same stylist thinking she would have recommended being that I was just there a week prior!!? But she had no clue who I was .. reminded her who I was an what I was there for.. she then started to "fix" my hair to what I showed her originally... when done I walked out with purple!! as she called it toner !!! She told me I owed her another 65. I paid it because I am not that persons to raise a fuss... but I cried for two days and then some an was stuck not being able to fix my hair for months!!! An my hair is a huge deal to me. So today, why I am finally writing this review is because I went to a salon who right away knew what to do. I DONT RECOMMEND IT. AN IF YOU DO GOODLUCK
I love Liz!!! She does a great job with my daughter's hair and her prices are reasonable. She always gets us I n too because I'm a last min person! Lol.
Salon owner Liz Faszcza is my go to for color/cut. I met Liz on a film set years ago. As an actress, she's created several looks for me over the years whether I need blonde, brunette or anything in between. Her salon is quaint, relaxed and is steps from the downtown Wyandotte riverfront. Liz really listens and cares about her clients. I began as a client and now consider her a friend.
