Service was amazing by Jami ! She fit me right in same day ( I got lucky someone else cancel ) . I got a haircut and blow dry was totally worth it I have thick hair so it's hard to find someone who gives you what you want and she definitely ask all the right questions before cutting my hair . And if you aren't sure about something ask she is so nice and will think of an alternative that works for you.
I found Jaime thru groupon and she did an excellent job with cutting and styling my hair. She takes her time and is a talented hairstylist.
So, an update to the partial highlights. Ok, Jami is amazing and is now my stylist. So happy to have found her! I am so very happy!!
First time here recently with Jami-- she was really friendly, detailed, and helpful. The salon itself was surprisingly big with good music and lighting. I got a simple trim this time with slight layering, and my hair looks nice and healthy. Next time I'll go for more layers
Horrible service and communication. I had an appt at 10am, came all the way from LA to make it. They called me the day of to see if I was coming. I told them my appointment is at 10 and I am going to be there in 10 minutes. When I mentioned my appointment was at 10am the person on the phone not once mentioned they had my appointment at an earlier time. They called me when I was already outside walking in stating my appointment was cancelled since they had something else at 10:30. Why was this not mentioned when I clearly told the person on the line my appointment was at 10.. and that no one else will help me. I wasted and hour of driving here and another hour to go home. Never coming back here. I really had high hopes but the poor communication was not it.
