Even if you have already scheduled an appointment they still make you wait forever and they have canceled on me last minute when I have already showed up, and they won't even take the time to cut your hair they'll do it in a rush and it never comes out right. I do not recommend this place.
I don't know where to begin with this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are horrible at booking appointments. They will make you wait forever. I got my hair dyed here and I wanted to cry from how painful it was. At the end I didn't get the color I was asking for. Not even close. Cheap cost means cheap service.
This place is one of the worse of Simi Valley. I had left my hair grow for 3 months to get a Mohawk the and the girl goes ahead and cuts it all with a 0 and before that she was askinf what guard you need for a 0 if you don't know that you don't need a guard for a 0 you shouldn't even be aloud behind a chair..she was very rude and even had an attitude and the owner took het side even took her out to eat while I was getting my hair fixed by the Barber... he is the only one that can cut hair and the rest of the girls suck they are a one trick pony...... they are super old school and know nothing of what's in now. Avoid this place
Hate to publicize this but it was a pretty bad experience. My stylist dried my hair with a used/wet towel, the price of the hair cut was arbitrary, and I also didn't feel too welcomed. I was friendly and did the small talk thing so not sure why it went so bad. Either way the place looks a little on the ghetto side and they could provide better service and improve the aesthetic of their establishment. Oh, and I also had an hour long wait time after they had told me it would only be a few minutes of waiting.
