I've had many people do my hair but Kayla is very personable! I know showing a picture you're never going to exactly what you see but she does a darn good job at trying to achieve what you envisioned. I travel over an hour just go get my hair done at her salon.

We had a wonderful experience at The Hair Company and would recommend it highly to anyone! We were new to town and looking for a place that we could get a hair cut for our 3-year old. It was just his second cut in a salon, so we wanted to make sure it was with someone who has experience with cutting kids' hair and would help him be comfortable and feel safe. We found it with Lindsay! She greeted us at the door with a huge smile, got down to our little guy's level, and made an immediate connection. She was confident with what we wanted (I brought a couple of pictures for visuals) and did a great job! She also consulted with another stylist when she wasn't 100% sure, which was nice instead of just plowing through without a check-in. Our son was calm and patient through the entire cut - which I'm attributing partly to Lindsay's calm demeanor and kindness. I asked our son afterward if he had a fun time, if he felt safe, and if he liked her. He said, "yep" to everything. We will most certainly be back!

After 2 questionable haircuts at other salons, I found Natasha! She listened and took the time to listen to what I wanted and even look up pictures. I had bad hair for about a month (longer if you count the months I had to wait to get a haircut during quarantine)! Super happy with my haircut and at a super reasonable price! Looking forward to seeing Natasha every 6 to 8 weeks!

Do you feel the same sense of anxiety that I do when trying to find a new hair stylist? I dread it! Searching online is like rolling the dice: Hit - or - MISS ... And I won't know if I made a bad choice until it is TOO LATE! We are new to the area and I need to find someone to help me with my 55 year old hair problem: My overgrown and shapeless dull mouse brown hair is fine (aka limp to those of you with full thick or curly hair) but also full of unruly individual silver strands of kinked, curly or short broken stubs going in every direction. (Remember the kid who rubbed their hair with a balloon and the static electricity made wispy hairs stick straight out away from their head) Without the benefit of a professional haircut in over 2 years, my neglected mess was eternally restrained in a ponytail. So I called The Hair Company and booked an appointment. Kayla Bradly was available the next day at 9:30am. As soon as I sat down in her chair I was at ease. She greeted me warmly and and asked me about what my goals were. As she touched my hair she nodded in agreement about my description of the "fine texture" and lack of body. She told me she has fine hair, and her Mom. Epiphany! Why haven't I been shopping hair stylists based on what type of hair they have? You know they understand the problems, know what works...and what doesn't. She removed the heavy length in back and shaped a lovely reverse angled "bob" (linger in front) and my hair instantly sprung to life. Next was a color technique called "Balayage" which means "to paint" or "to sweep" in French and the process is also called "hair painting." It is a freehand method of adding highlights to hair that will add dimension, showcase a haircut, and look very natural. It's almost as if you spent time in the sun, without the damaging UV rays. When all was dry and styled, my cut and color surpassed ANY hopes or expectations I had for how my hair would look at the end of the appointment. I can confidently say this is the best haircut and color that I have EVER received. It was fun, current, perfectly suited to my hair type and skin color. I was PRETTY after years of being dull mouse brown with the wrong cuts. I left with a smile and a bounce in my step. It has been a couple weeks now and I still love my new hair every time I look or catch a glimpse myself in a mirror. The sweetest thank you card arrived a few days after my appointment expressing how much fun she had helping me create my new look, and thanking me for trusting her with my hair. WOW! I am utterly devoted to Kayla!
