My experience at this salon has to be the worst I've ever had in the last 40 years.
If I could give Heather a -10 rating I would. I went in for high lites and low lites, blond and brunette and to get rid of all the gray hair.
The first time she rinsed my hair out there was a huge patch of bright yellow just under my ear and i also asked why my part was still gray. She said she could 'tone down' the yellow spot and she didn't see any other gray left.
So after she toned down the yellow spot she started combing out my hair using a narrow tooth comb. After pulling out a bunch of strands I asked if she could use a wide tooth comb, basically so I wouldn't go bald sitting there. As my hair started to dry you could see more and more gray that she didn't cover up. My part on top of my head and as I lifted up sections of my hair it was still gray underneath.
I was getting ready to just leave since she thought it looked great even though I specifically told her a couple times how I needed the gray covered.
The manager/owner came over and asked if there was a problem and I explained, she said she would work with Heather to fix it. Four hours and $150 later I walked out with red hair...it's brittle and now in such poor condition that it's going to take a long time to get it back. Never again.
