I used a Groupon and got a great single proceeds color, glaze and blowout! Really nice salon, got an appt with 24 hours and really enjoyed the experience!
Found this place from Groupon. Called and they honored the price w/o using Groupon.... Did add an up charge since my daughter's hair is very thick. I was made aware of this after phase one when her hair was washed. I agreed to move forward with the keratin treatment. What they originally quoted 1.5 hr ultimately took 3.25 hours! That being said, it seems the woman was quite thorough and we are satisfied. She offered water and there was a complimentary Kurig coffee machine. Know that this salon is on the lower level of the strip mall which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall a pleasant experience.
Im not a person to leave a bad review but I suggested one of my friends to go to this place since it was on Groupon. I noticed that she walked out upset. It was just her birthday yesterday and she's having an event tomorrow. Just before anything was performed they said her hair texture is going to cost more money after she was already willing to pay for the cost with her Groupon at this place itself. Management do better with your customers. No offense but that is a bit RACIST to say about charging extra because of their texture of their hair. It's a big NO NO to do that to any person. The fine print also is false. "Length of hair" is what this salon had put on their Groupons for an "additional charge" NOT what kind of hair you have. Never go here if you want to have this type of treatment. They are just a money making business it seems. Zoe is the stylist and what my friend told me was that she was the only one that was working with hair there. She seemed nice, my friend said. If they treat their customers like this then how are they treating their staff behind the scenes.
This hair salon was excellent, everyone there is so professional and polite. They do a excellent job with hair and know how to get it done correctly. There service is great I would recommended this place!
