I have given this place three chances and each time I have left unhappy; however, I was in a bind and decided to go one last time and well... this last time left me downright angry. I asked for a simple style and left with what looked like morning hair for $75?! I am appalled. I am angry. and I will never go back. my hair wasn't even tied with a hair tie, but rather a rubber band held together by two Bobby pins. I should've taken a picture as proof to the horrendous hair. how sad to not just be upfront about the lack of experience.
Arrived 10 min early and was directed to waiting area with a finger, my appointment for a blow out was for 6 pm, got up and left at 6:20, I understand that businesses are short handed right now, but at the very least acknowledge your customer, or one person said one word to me while I waited patiently, so I went home and washed my hair for free, saved the cost of the service and a $20 tip, gonna go buy a new hair dryer, and give my hard earned money to the ones who know what customer service
Worst experience ever in regards to their lash lift/tint. The esthetician got the stuff in my eyes during the first and second appointments, it burned so bad and I was in so much pain. After the second time I ended up at the doctor and missed a day of work so I contacted the owner. I explained what happened and she said she'd speak to the esthetician and get back with me.... it took her a week to get back with me at which time she stated the esthetician had not applied it correctly and it was in fact their fault. The owner in no way shape or form tried to make this right by offering my money back or the same service at no charge, which I would never return back anyway.
