The place is clean and lots of chairs and technicians. After soaking with foil, my nail tech, maybe named Vanessa,however, wanted to peel off my gel polish with her nails instead of using a tool. I stopped her; I said I could do that at home! She disagreed w me all the way . Also she wanted to use the electric sander to smooth my nails...this is why I use gel, because I don't want my nailed thinned with that sander. . Polish looks great but I did have a lot of anxiety along the way.
Don't come here !!! It wasn't very good for what I paid for. Even after I noted it to management, they really didn't care .
Go somewhere with better customer services.

I'm usually not a person to go out and have a mani and pedi as I can do it at home. I wanted to explore Slidell and see what they have offer. I figured I'd try this salon and see it how it works out. I'm happy that I did! I've been back three times already! They are always busy but I've never had to wait long and they take their time with you which I love! I would definitely recommend paying them a visit for all your nail needs!! They also have a TONS of colors for gel and dip!
Good service is lacking. It is not proper to talk in front of a person consistently in a foreign language especially when you can speak English. It is the same as whispering in front of someone. Manicure looks as though I am ready for a fill. When my manicure was over she just got up and walked away. No thank you or anything. I will not be back and I feel compelled to tell others. I guess that is why the salon was fairly empty. Half of the workers were sleeping with blankets in the pedicure chairs.
Fantastic pedi! I'm not from around here so using Yelp recommendation, I selected MV for a relaxing pedi. I was NOT disappointed!
I came in at noon on a Saturday. There was a little wait - but hey, that's to be expected on this day & time.
I got the Natural Deluxe- $42 - includes everything AND a 10 minute massage! I was sold!
The nice lady that helped me was just simply awesome. When I'm back in the area & need another pedi - I'm coming back. No question about it!!!
