Overall my experience was good. Sana always does my hair. I don't change the color or do anything crazy with my hair. I always try to keep it simple. My hair feels amazing but it is very pricey for only a deep conditioning and a blow out. I was charged $115 and now i am charged $120.75. Its really expensive for just conditioning and blowout.

BEWARE OF THIS SALON. I was quoted around $560 for a full head a balayage. From the moment my hair was done, I told the hairdresser that it wasn't exactly what I wanted. She was very nice about it and told me to go home, sit on it a bit, and come back again if I'm still not happy. I waited a few days but still didn't like my hair. It was streaky and nothing like the picture I showed before going in so I messaged the salon's instagram and was told to come back in so they can make it right. I sent 3 more pics too and came in a day or 2 later. At the salon, the hairdresser noted that she was going to add something to my hair to darken it and I told her I didn't want to get rid of the blonde/lightness, just wanted to make it closer to the pic I showed. When she finished doing my hair, I almost stared crying because she basically got rid of all of the blonde and it looked like I put henna in my hair, which was awful considering I ended up paying around $675 with tip the first time. She wouldn't even blow dry my hair for free so I could see what it looks like, so I told her not to because I didn't want to pay more. She said there was nothing she could do to get the blonde back and that I should try coming back in a few months to fix it. I went home and after a lot of crying decided to call the manager (Darlene). The manager was really nice at first but not for long. She originally told me I should come back in, to which I responded that I really didn't want to come in for a 3rd time. After a bunch of convincing I eventually asked her who would be doing my hair and originally she said the same hairdresser but I (justifiably) refused, so she said she would do it. I then hesitatingly said ok but only if the original hair dresser wouldn't be there because it's uncomfortable for me at this point. This is when the manager told me I was "flip flopping" which really upset me and I demanded a refund. She said she would have to talk to her partner but that she would get back to me asap. I waited a few days but never heard back so I followed up twice via instagram and still heard nothing. I just heard back a few minutes ago - Darlene says I can't have a refund so I came here to warn other people about this salon so the same thing doesn't happen to them. No salon should ask you to come in 3 times to do your hair the way you like after charging you $675.

Do not go!!! They let someone work on my hair who was inexperienced and it was her first day. I needed a root touch up I get my hair done on the city. She used black (I'm a blonde) the owner saw it and didn't say anything. When I asked her why she didn't call me abd say anything she said, "I was going to but the salon was going to be closed the next day." Just do not go. Low brow place. They tried to fix my hair without a discount. I went back for a full highlight in the city and my colorist screamed and brought other top colorists over. My hair broke in the back from over processing. Grade: D- and that's being nice.

I was very disappointed with the service I spent 234 $ and spent 3/4 hours coloring and highlighting my hair so then she can tell me oh I don't have time o blow dry your hair because we are closing didn't even give me an option to come back the next day to blow dry it ! I got half a service And leave home with your hatir wet if they have to leave home I have neverrrrr ever seen this before by a salon I was really disappointed and upset why why schedule an appointment for a time you didn't have time for the complete service never been so disappointed .

I went for a paid consult and they told me the cost. It was much more when I got it done at the actual appointment and they did nothing extra or additional to what was agreed on. The color gloss faded in literally one wash, a bunch of grey hair on my roots never got colored. There was dye all over my forehead and ears. The haircut itself is uneven. I couldn't tell for days because she curled it immediately and the curl lasted for a few days. I'm devastated that I spent $415 here and now I'm paying to go to another salon to fix this. $415 is a lot of money for me and I saved up to be able to afford this, and, again, my original quoted price was much less. I'm devastated. I got my hair done to feel better about myself during a tough time and now I feel so stupid when I look in the mirror. Please do not let anyone rip you off like they did to me. I feel really naive and dumb- plus my hair is uneven.
