i am surprised that someone gave 3 stars as I have been using their services for last 2 years and none of the staff members have let me down. I always get my haircut from Jen Grasso but she was unavailable this time so i decided to try Alicia as i was ONLY get a trim. She did a fabulous job, made sure i didn't lose my length and also gave me a style. My husband rarely praise as he does that when her REALLY mean it. He praised my haircut multiple times. Jen has always done a fabulous job and I was so happy to get the same results from Alicia. Keep up the great work guys you all are great at what you do :-) I will keep coming back ! and would recommend the same to anyone..

Pure Energy gets 5 stars and so does Alicia! The owner Jen is indeed pure energy and Janel is a little spitfire! I always receive excellent service at Pure Energy. Sarah always does her best to squeeze me in when I call on short notice. Every employee knows your name. There were several occasions where Alicia stayed well past closing time to make sure I received proper service.

I am giving Pure Energy 5 stars because for the past four years that I have been a client I have been happy each and every time. I initially walked in for a blow out and was randomly assigned to Alicia. Well that was it for me! It was the best blow out I ever had and I have been a client of Alicia ever since. I have since referred 5 of my friends to her and they have been equally pleased. When I walk into the salon, I feel that I am walking into a place filled with my friends. It is very comfortable and relaxed and the entire staff is very attentive. Thank You to everyone at Pure Energy for making my experience always enjoyable,

I am very pleased with the service I received at Pure Energy. I am new to the area and always to to an Aveda Salon because I believe they offer great service and products. This experience was no different. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff and was taken to the chair by my stylist Bryan who spent about 5 minutes looking at my hair and asking about my preferences. He then gave me a scalp massage followed by a wash and conditioning. He did a fantastic job on my cut. I couldn't be happier with my style. He suggested products without being pushy and really listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be visit Bryan and the crew at Pure Energy for my next cut.

Alicia is a very skilled stylist who listens carefully and takes time to do a great job. I couldn't be more happy with the results on my straight, fine, hard-to-manage hair. It was beautifully cut and styled. The staff is friendly and welcoming - a very pleasant experience all around.
