What an amazing experience I had today during my complimentary makeover at Moxie Hair Salon! The staff appreciate the clients and the atmosphere is always fun with everyone greeting you. My color, cut and blowout courtesy of Eve is fabulous, and my makeup by Naila makes me feel ooh La La. As an older woman I don't always love my appearance, but today I am wowed! Thank you Moxie Montclair!!!
i would not recommend this place to no one!!! went to get my lashes done my ant and i. never again!!! she affected my left eye! this is the worst place! i was offered a free blowout and i took it while getting my hair washed i over heard this young girl saying she is not a licensed stylist and could not wait to leave the salon not only is most of the stylist unlicensed they were also speaking so badly on one of their co workers. i was literally clutching my pearls because i did not know if my hair would come out like the pic i showed. after my wash they sat me in a chair alone for 15 minutes a young lady came to cut my hair and then tells me someone is coming to blow my hair out at this point iam upset. the manager kelly then comes back over and starts to blow my hair 45 minutes later i look in the mirror i literally wanted to cry my hair was still frizzy it was not straight. when i reached out to express my concerns the next day the manager was heartless and so freaking rude iam going to legal actions behind this situation i know iam not the only person this happens to it seems so normal they draw you in make you spend your hard earned money then fuck you over! iam a woman of rights and therefore i will be contacting state board this is not ok!
