I would say this location seems pretty cool. Small but comfy and welcoming which is huge! My hair dresser was Edgar who's so informative on hair care, gave me recommendations for vitamins to help my hair , and it benefits skin and nails. Edgar is going to be my new hair guy!! Try him out! he colored my hair, cut and styled he was just awesome, thank you Edgar! i'll see you soon!
Got my hair done here a week ago or so. I walked in- no appointment and they greeted me and helped me by allowing me to get my hair done the same day. My hair was discolored - they fixed the color and did my hair lights. I was there for two hours and I spent about 200. I had great conversation with Lillian as she fixed my hair. I'm happy with my hair and the wonderful service. Thanks Lilly for doing my hair and boosting my self esteem. I LUV IT ;D God bless you dear XOXO
Not very impressed in greeting nor assumption concerning changing hair color.. by whoever the stylist was..
I've been to this place before when I was younger to get a haircut, and I remember seeing women get their hair done in here and I thought it was a decent. My girl went here to get some highlights done on her hair, it's only passing her shoulders by a couple centimeters. Her appointment was at 10:30 and she got there at 10:25. She tried to get her hair all done in time to do start her final for her sociology class online which started at 2:00. The lady was taking ages and she didn't even end up toning her hair properly by her roots and mostly on one side so it looks like such an unprofessionally job. On average, highlights are supposed to take 1-3 hours maximum, but this lady Rocio or Rosy or whatever you would like to call her, she took 3 hours and 30 minutes and still didn't finish up in time. Not only that, but my girl let her know in advanced she had a test and the lady said it was okay. Rocio also let her know to come in 4 days later so she can finish up her hair, and usually when people say that they mean to do it free of charge because of delays or due to not providing the sufficient services the customer asked for. But when we got there today at 9:00 am when the salon opens, Rocio was not there yet. And honestly we waited til 9:50 ish, which was just really unprofessional yet again when she clearly said 9am. When she got to the salon, she rushed in and sat my girl down and she wanted to charge us 30 bucks for the job that she was unable to finish. So we just left because we are not going to pay 160 dollars for that low quality of a job done at one of the quote on quote highest rated salons in riverside. If you're going to get highlights make sure you have the weekend off because that worker takes days
