So I went to this nail place with my daughter as she was gonna get her nails painted I find it rude that you don't allow kids in it nor is there a sign that says it so rude!!!!So instead of taking the business u rather turn it down which is very insane !!!Next time place a huge policy saying no kids!!!!
I've been looking for a quality nail salon for years. I've finally found a place that is clean, friendly, and straight up talented. After many referrals I finally booked an appointment with Elsy. She is fabulous. My entire experience was great and they provide QUALITY nails. I'm very pleased. They do custom acrylic forming, they are very on trend, and the designs that they can pull off are endless. The staff is extremely friendly. I can't wait to bring my girl back for some princess pampering. Highly recommend!
First time here, I had an appointment with Nancy. I went in and they asked if I didn't mind if went with another manicurist,I said ok because I wanted the $45 deal and Nancy wasn't part of it. So I went with Bethany (I think that was her name), and Nancy had another client come in. Talk about having favorites! I booked Nancy bc on their Instagram page I liked how she did the nails. And I didn't even end up going with her. Anyways everything was going great until the design. Halfway thru the process, she was running out of the color I chose and now it shows on my nails. The color doesn't look bold. At this point, it seemed like she was rushing. Overall, I am not satisfied with my nails. I wouldn't recommend it here because of how they treat first time customers. You must likely won't get the manicurist you chose. Not going back.
Very unprofessional decided to cancel my apt when I was already on the way this is the 2nd time they do this they accept walk ins but can't accept people that are doing Appointment never coming here again!
I love this place!! It's my favorite nail salon right now. The staff are very friendly and talented. I felt at home! I love how my nails and pedi came out. Natalia, Gaby and Elsy were all great. Will definitely be a returning customer!
