THAIRapy Salon & Blow Dry Bar in Corona, CA

I went here for first time for color and cut. Based on the reviews on yelp this seemed like a creditable place with good client results. The vibe of Salon was nice the outlook and interior. I did feel it was a bit unprofessional, as there was a bunch of workers talking and not really paying attention to what they were doing. I had a clear picture of what I wanted to get done and I relayed that to the stylist. The color did not come out as I expected, but was rather darker than what I wanted the cut was OK the styling was fine. I was not happy with the hair color result whatsoever, because it did not resemble the color I wanted or showed the stylist. The pricing online seemed pretty good however, beware the stylist do charge their own pricing. And another thing to note they prefer to have cash for services, which I was totally not aware of and ended up using cash app, which I usually do not prefer if I don't know the person. This is just my honest opinion, and everyone has their own experiences mine just wasn't the greatest. I had higher expectations for this salon as I was wanting a place I can return to for future services.

I was here a few times to get my lashes done when my lash girl was working out of this salon. I disliked it every time but not for the services but rather the treatment from the staff. The salon is nice, well kept and clean. The reception area is well lit, clean, and with a decent amount of seating. I originally thought this was going to be my one-stop shop for hair, nails etc however every time I came for my lash appt I was greeted with a look of "why are you here...do you belong here?" It was never actually said to me, but the looks I received from the receptionist every time definitely made me feel that way. They made me feel like I did not belong there. It's possible that my complexion wasn't the shade they prefer? With these actions alone, I decided to seek the services elsewhere.

What an amazing experience today at Thairapy!! I am currently 5.5 months pregnant and just was having a rough time getting myself ready and just wanted to feel beautiful. So I walked in and just asked if someone could do a wash and style. Right away Manale (I know I'm for sure butchering the spelling and I'm so sorry!!) However she was so kind and made me feel so special in the short time I was in her chair. The salon itself is so clean and bright making it feel so welcoming! My scalp massage almost put me to sleep and she was quick yet not rushed with the styling part either! I left walking out emotional because it felt so nice to be taken care of! (Blame the pregnancy hormones ) I will most definitely be back!! Thank you again! And if I can get the correct spelling of my stylists name I will most definitely make a fix to my review asap!!

I did my hair with Soher (sue) , she's nice and professional... she is really gental with my hair... she did an amazing job.

I have been coming here after moving to the area and needing some help with my hair. I found Kobra and she is wonderful - reasonably priced and competent. Always does a great job!
