This salon was absolutely fantastic!! Amy paid huge attention to detail and jacklyn was so kind and attentive!!

I was amaze with Sandra's wk and the way she has it set up on this pandemic. Her wk is so good ive only been to her twice once for refill and the other time because my nail broke and she took me in on a last minute and she was extremely busy on that day. Who does that . Not many businesses will do that unless they know you for a long time. Her wk is so amazing and very creative i left so happy and satisfied with her wk all the way from the entrance greeting, to the pedicure and when she worked on my nails. She has so many selections of colors different styles and designs. One thing i do have to share with you all is when she replaced my 1 nail she didn't even charge me for it, i could not believed it because for the normal all nail salons they will definitely charge you for their time they spend on that 1 nail .The fact that she was full on her schedule that day she made time for me and then she didn't even change me i was extremely amaze and happy. Not sure the reason why she would have some few bad reviews but the only thing i could say to that is the different personalities and different views sometimes makes it hard to satisfied them but then again in this world not everyone will ever be happy.

Customer service can definitely use some major improvement, so unfortunate. Never have I ever dealt with an individual who was so mean and vindictive. House service and the location was convenient, her husband is pleasant upon entry. However, you don't know what to expect as far as an unpleasant attitude from the artist, very hot and cold. Initial visit is fine, the next are quite sloppy. She takes the some pictures of your nails then refuses to send to you unless you follow her on IG. Who does that? It is almost threatening how she treats her clients in such a way. There is so much more, but I would rather will leave it at that. The better business bureau can handle the rest. since we're in quarantine i decided to message the owner/nail tech on their instagram and i wasn't sure at the time if this was an open salon or a singular nail tech so i asked, a day later they sent me "????" i was kind of confused why they did that even though they answered my question and all i said was "I was just asking a question? didnt know i was supposed to follow up" and they blocked me. pretty unprofessional and rude lol i was only asking because my mom was looking for someone to do her nails but all salons are closed due to the virus so you lost yourself a customer because you wanted to block me for literally no good reason

Sandra is great! My daughter and I found her when we were looking for a new nail salon. She can do the most amazing designs that we haven't been able to get done anywhere else. Can't wait for our next appointment.
