I have gone to Kevin and his wife for several years. I've always had great manicures and pedicures. He does an excellent job with my dip nails. Great leg massage with the pedicure. Not sure about other reviews because always treated great and always love my nails.
I was a regular customer for 4 years. My tech name was Kevin. I loved how he does my nails but however yesterday I went for my appointment and he was being real pushy for me to try something different, that I normally Wouldn't do, well I received a fill in , I paid 35.00, When I got home that night , my nails started peeling. I texted Kevin, he told me to come today, I went there and he wanted to paint my nails again when I usually get acrylic.. he took the polish off of my nails and told me that I would have to come back next week but has my 35.00 from the previous day. I made him refund my money and I was a loyal customer for 4 years and to be treated this way was hurtful. And my nails were horrible from the day before. I went to Tina's nail spa as soon as I left there, they did an awesome job! Thai nail spa will never receive another dime from me.
Referred by my neighbor and it was hard getting in, but I finally got an appointment with Thai's wife. My husband and I have been regular customers for over two years and my husband is as satisfied as I am. I have never had better mani/pedi from anywhere else... I hope I never have to, but I'd follow these guys to Nashville! Definitely worth my time and money!!!
Do not go here!! Horrible service and care. Owner is rude and unprofessional. I have attempted this place 2 times and every time I leave disappointed
Went once for a new set and owner, Kevin, was my tech. He either needs practice or visit nails 101. They looked great when done but as they grew out you could tell by near the cuticle was not filed down. I called for an appointment for a fill hoping for the best. A man who was evidently not having a good day kept telling me his son was on vacation and would be back next week and I would have to call him directly. I did not ask for the son, I merely wanted an appointment. Well, I guess my search goes on for a nail place as no way would I go back here!
