horrible!! all 4 of my friends and i got nail fungus! owner was verbally abusive to my friend, horrible service!! very dirty!

I had the same experience as another reviewer.  I paid $35 for a gel manicure with very limited color choices. This was not a manicure. She used no lotion no massage nothing, just cut my cuticles raggedly and I had to request that she file my nails again. The gel peeled off THAT evening!  I also was left to walk barefoot after my pedicure and just wished I hadn't wasted my time and could get my money back

Horrible. Went in for a gel manicure and a pedi- saw on the sign out front that a mani-pedi was $10 and $25 respectively. The gel manicure ended up being $35!!! There was no hand massage, no lotion application, cuticles were barely clipped, my skin was NAIL FILED instead of clipped, and my remaining half-mangled cuticles were painted over. Not worth $35 at all. And I'm confused at their pay scale... $10 for a regular manicure but an extra $25 for a different kind of polish!? Not to mention their gel color selection was horrible. 15 colors. That's it. The pedicure was ok until my flip flops were not returned to my feet and I was expected to walk across the store barefoot for my "manicure." My legs and feet were left slimy and sticky from the soap/lotion. The pedi massage was half-assed at best.  This was my $60 experience. Absolutely horrible.

Im new to the area, was in search of a nail salon. I came across this one.. The prices seemed reasonable so i thought why not give it a try. I walked in, looked nice but wasnt greeted at all didnt look my way, when they did no smile. The whole time he done my nails he was watching tv. I wasnt very pleased with my nails, i done some classes for nails he didnt push the cuticle back any...i payed, not even a week later my nails needed a fill in.. So i thought well maybe he just had a hard day, so i went back for my fill in.. Im so ashamed of what my nails look like the only thing i like is the colors.. With a fill in your suppose to make sure the nail looks like a "real one" one of my fingers need some serious and buffing down it look like a hoof! And yet again he was too concerned about the tv than my nails. My nails are uneven and bumpy where he didnt do acrylic and buffing.. I will NOT go back . first two times showed me my lesson !!

HORRIBLE!!!! The service here was atrocious! I'm  normally a very calm, laid back,  stress free kinda lady and I love getting my nails done every other week..... when I went there a few months ago, the lady who did my nails kept pinching my fingers while she was taking of the nail polish and when i mentioned that it was hurting she just replied (with a * serious* attitude) "this is how i do nails!".  (I got a full set, acrylic, with gel overcoat)  And after going through all that crap.... the nails looked horrible.... so all that pinching for nothing.  Smh.

I'll NEVER go back there again!
