T & T Nails in Tonawanda, NY

One of the worst experiences in a nail salon I have ever went through. I was the only one in the place. I'll let asked is to change my polish on my toe since I got a pedicure last week and did not like the nail polish color the girl who was taking my polish off, seem to be very mad that she was only doing a polish change. She was pushing my feet around, like I was some piece of trash And talking in her language because I only wanted a polish change. Then a different girl came to do the white lines on my toes. She got nail polish all over my toes and was using a paper towel dip. Did nothing to try and get the polish off my foot, which I still have white polish on the side of my toes, she told me I had thick nails that's why she couldn't get the polish off which I've never ever had a problem in all these years I said, maybe if you put some nail polish remover on the paper towel, you would be able to remove it it seem like they did not want to use any product when they put the nail polish on it was one dip for all five toes I never seen such a thing and then with a girl put of the white lines on my feet and she was upset that I wasn't doing the gel sheet I just wanted regular polish. I could go on and on but then I went for my French manicure and I told the girls since my nails are so short at this time I will opt in for a gel polish French manicure, the girl, who did the white on my toes is the same girl that did my French manicure the light you have to put your hand under, she pretty much just threw it over my hand she was not nice. She did not have conversation. She was watching a video on her cell phone tip sideways while she was doing my manicure swear to God, she kept turning and looking at her phone, which was playing a video, the entire time of my manicure, it was so ridiculous. I will never ever step foot in that disgusting place ever again if I could give no stars, I would there was no professionalism at this place. I do not recommend it at all!! This place should not hold the license and oh yeah, they use the same towel for my feet that was from somebody else because it had polish of a different color on it and all she did was flip it over, totally disgusting!!

If I could give no stars I would the last time I went in there will be my last and final time think I spent $120 between a pedicure and a mani with gel polish I paid $50 plus a $10 tip for a pedi and I didn't even get a foot massage or a calf massage up to my knee when I was getting my nails done after my pedicure I said oh did I not get the expensive pedicure the one where you get more services because a lady behind me was sitting there receiving a wonderful foot massage and upper leg massage up to her knee almost I asked the technician did I not pay for that type of petty and she told me no was super rude to me and dismissive then spoke about me in her Vietnamese language to the other technicians and also what is super unprofessional at your salon and many other Vietnamese salons is you have several technicians working on one customer that is extremely rude and incredibly unprofessional I will never come back here and even with the poor service and rude service that day I still tipped them $10 and $5 for the nails walking out I think it was $120 with everything just to be talked about and laughed about now who's laughing I'll go to another salon for my wedding party of 10 ladies

Clean nail salon, but the owner who called himself T is frightening miserable. Had a pedicure and manicure. Ped was good, and manicure was basically nail fileing and polish. I thought color was to transparent and asked to darken polish. So now a third coat of polish went on nails. Of course when I got home I ruined a nail. Called and said to come in. It was not convenient for me as it was dinner time. So the next day I looked and 2 more nails were sumged and I took all polish off. Went back to salon 4 days later and T went off on the fact that they guarantee their work for 3 days.He put new polish on for me .I insisting that I'm not going to pay again. I paid 40. Cash and 10 on credit card. Will never return

I love it here. I've tried many different places to get my nails done but here I always get the best treatment. They definitely are personable with their clients.

I came here with a friend and tried the dip manicure for the first time. I continue to return because of quality of the work, friendly staff and the quick visit. Seriously, they have figured out how to quickly remove the gel/dip without you having to sit there for 3 hours. Also, they ordered us new colors. You go Glen CoCo!
