I've gone here for close to 20 years for waxing, hair coloring and cutting and have always received wonderful service!! Everyone that works there is talented and a joy! I highly recommend them.
Great salon. This was my first hair cut since moving to NY, and I was nervous. I went to this salon without an appointment, for a trim. My hair goes down to my lower back. Karen was able to get me in within 5 minutes. She did great. My favorite part about getting my hair cut is the wash. She massaged my scalp for about 2 full minutes (best 2 minutes of my whole week). Then she did my perfect cut. I will only let her touch my hair from now on.
So, every salon has good and bad people within it. Rachel is amazing and I would highly recommend. There are a few ladies there that are very kind and helpful. There are also others that I wouldn't let touch my hair again and certainly are a bit rude and gossipy. Overall the salon is clean, well priced, and the staff is caring and knowledgeable.
I have been coming to this salon for many years but it has totally gone down hill since it was sold to the new owners. I brought my daughter here to have her hair curled for her prom. They were so rude and nasty to her because she has long hair. If they did t want to do it they should of told us that but to be so mean on her prom day was horrible. I do not and will not recommend this salon to anyone.
I've been going here for years. Convenient location, friendly staff. Love love love my stylist Cheryl! She does an amazing job on my highlights every time! I always get tons of compliments. She always gives me a great cut as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.
