Made an appt yesterday for my step daughter and I. Got there and letting her look for polish the female employee gets irate at the manager and starts yelling at him over his shoulder while he's working on a client calling him a jackass all in front of clients including my 7yo. Walked out with zero service due to unprofessional attitude of employees. It was a first and last attempt to do business with this establishment.
Above and beyond, the deluxe pedi is phenomenal!!!! And they actually take their time and do a great quality job. I was iffy about going on a Saturday but I didn't have to wait long, the nail tech did a great job! I definitely will be back!
Not my normal salon but I went. Well, firstly it took almost 3 hours and 2 hours of that was waiting when we had an appointment. The nail tech started on my grandma's nails then stopped before she was done and started on 2 other clients. I've had then nails for not even a week and one on popped right off from literally getting out of bed. When I finally got my nails done the nail tech seemed to be in a hurry and didn't do the design I intended on. The price was outrageous $105 for 2 medium lengths.
Thus far my experience here is subpar I came in and sign my name to the list for a pedicure and fill in and a white woman named Jenny came in shortly after and was seated before me I guess she is a regular because they all greeted her so tacky
This was my first time here. The experience was wonderful. Great customer service. They treated me very well and my nails are very great and spectacular. Thank You T&T!
