WORST PLACE EVER. One of the ladies there called me stupid for asking for a refund because she gave me the wrong service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!
Received a pedicure, was a good run of the mill mall nail salon. Prices are also fairly standard. The massage was really nice for the calves, but no massage on the feet. Would still go again for a quick in and out mail service.
This place is horrible! I came from out of town, this is by far the worst place ever. They don't wash their hands, they have you waiting forever to just get a rushed job done! The men there don't know what they are doing! I am calling the Better Business on them. There's no way in hell they are all certified, by the looks of the jobs they do. I didn't even want to give them one star

Poor/Lack of customer service! Traveling from out of town, stopped in for a pedicure. After soaking 15-20 min the nail tech makes an assumption that the lady soaking next to me was first. I know this because when I asked her why she is starting with her the response was "I assumed she was first". I dried my wet feet and left. I also assumed my $50+ dollars was insignificant. HORRIBLE/LACK THEREOF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The order of how to service customers should be well established by now. This is not a new business!
My boyfriend and I both got a pedicure together. He got a manicure to remove some black polish that I had put on and I got a full set of acrylics. Wendy worked on him. She was so nice and knew how to do her job extremely well. His hands and toes looked a lot better. Made a great first time experience for him. Tony did a great job on my toes(despite the fact that I haven't had them done in so long and had broken nails and my feet have been rough from working so much). He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Gave me tips on keeping my feet soft. When I get my nails, I always get the same shape, but he helped me feel brave enough to try a different shape. (I was told at another nail place that only one shape would be flattering on a thumb I'd broke when I was a kid) I was extremely happy with length, color consistency, SHAPPPPEEEE, and I love that he took the time to fix the excess acrylic that is typically at the back of the nails. I told him I didn't want any length off my real nails, so he filed them a little and left it at that. My cuticles didn't bleed here like they have other places I've used. Tony was extremely friendly and talked to me the entire time. He's been doing nails 16 years, 12 years at one location, and it definitely shows! Not only were the staff helpful and friendly, but they also cared about everyone. It was getting busy, so Tony took the time to get everyone something to drink and get customers feet soaking while they waited. This will be the only nail shop that I'll be using when in meridian from now on. And it would be worth the drive from Brandon on an off day! All tools were clean and the entire store as well. It really helped that Tony and Wendy didn't make me nor my bf feel self conscious about my bfs painted nails, my lack of self care on my feet recently, or my broken thumb. I always get little rude slick comments, but not here. I felt at home and relaxed. I'm just still shook at the entire experience!
