T & N Nails in Decatur, IN

This was my first time here, and I am certainly not impressed. All of my toes are bleeding and painful at the cuticles. My gel polish is just popping right off. Gel should not come off especially not two minutes after my appointment.
I'm so disappointed. The certainly was not cheap.

i asked for coffin shaped nails when i went in today and i had table 7....as he continued to do my nails i noticed it was not what i asked for he continued to make them the completely wrong shape and i am very disappointed in how they turned out

This was a terrible experience.  As you walk in, you are blasted with horrific fumes.  More ventilation is needed.  I fear for the workers and their health.  The guy greeting us was leaning back in a chair and said "what do you want?"No eye contact just gruff arogant, couldn't be bothered attibute.  It was like we were interrupting him.  There was no receptionist, so different technicians interrupted the service they were providing to yell to the new arrivals and each other.  It was chaotic.   They told us a numbered seat to take.  Not all the chairs had numbers.  They rushed me through.  They had lots of walk-ins and the more people came in the faster they did my pedicure.  I did not get the relaxing experience that a pedicure should be.  They scrubbed my feet and legs like they were washing stains out of laundry. The stone "massage" was again like scrubbing laundry with stones.  The chairs are two closed together to have side tables up for drinks and purse.  They threw the menu at you and then two in our party said they did NOT want the stone massage and yet were given a stone massage and charged for a stone massage.  The water bath nozzle was soaking in the foot bath and then used without cleaning to fill the next foot bath and presumably sit in that foot bath.  I didn't even see the tools used on my feet come from a peel pack or sterilizer.  This was not a pleasant atmosphere at all.   My toenails didn't even look the same--shape or length.  The polish was globby.  I would avoid this place and the state should look at cleanliness practices.

Went to this nail salon for the first time. The prices on the pedicures are a bit high, $28 for basic up to $58. I got the deluxe plus  pkg which included hot stones, sugar scrub and essential oil /lotion. I was more than a bit disappointed. The staff was friendly but during the pedicure I felt extremely rushed. It was not  the relaxing experience I have had at other shops. For the $58 I expected to be pampered a bit and not rushed out the door. I would suggest saving your money for somewhere else if you are looking for that experience.
